TO CANCEL: Complete the required form below:

Before January 25 = full refund
Before September 25 = refund less a $35 cancellation fee. Late fees are not refundable
After September 25 = No Refund MUST COMPLETE FORM + CALL 706-694-6455 to advise us as well
By following the proper cancellation processes, you will remain eligible for future invitations.

Exceptions to the cancellation policy can be made by the Fair Committee & Fair Director depending on the situation resulting in the cancellation. Please be thorough and detailed when describing your Reason.
