Thank you for considering to exhibit at the Prater’s Mill Country Fair at the historic Prater’s Mill, an invitation-only festival, where all crafts must be handmade out of natural materials by the vendor and all food should fit into the Appalachian Country Fair theme. Foods, crafts, entertainment and activities are chosen with that theme in mind. Therefore, many foods like nachos, tacos, pizza, etc. are not appropriate. Our food booths are located in rustic sheds or tents. We do not allow modern food trucks or trailers in the exhibit area.
Most, but not all, of our food booths are manned by local civic organizations. Listed below are foods we already have at the fair. We do not duplicate food booths.
To be considered, please complete an application form. Choose either Online or PDF download link at the bottom of this page to proceed.
